Appointments

 

For NEW patients: Please call  (603) 448-1941 to start the intake process. Once we have received all your information you will receive an email letting you know we are ready to make your new patient appointment. When you call to make your appointment, please be ready to provide information about your reason for the visit so the secretary may reserve enough time for your 1st appointment. Also relay how urgent your first appointment is.

For established patients, please call our office to schedule appointments.

Every effort is made to stay on schedule. We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time or you may charged up to a $50 fee. Remember a missed appointment prevents other patients from their much needed appointments. 

We also strive to allow time in each providers schedule for same day acute problems.
