Telephone Calls

Yes, you can talk to your provider. Please know your provider is seeing patients throughout the day and will return your call as soon as possible. The provider may ask a Medical Assistant to help coordinate messages when appropriate. Please explain the full nature of the call to the receptionist and she will leave a message for your provider.

All medication refill request require a 24-48 hour time frame to process. Please plan ahead as waiting until your are out of your medication may hinder your ability to get your refill in a timely manner.  Have your name, DOB and strength of medication available as well as your pharmacy.
