Phone Calls/RX Refills


Please know your provider is seeing patients throughout the day and will return your call as soon as possible. The provider may ask a Medical Assistant to help coordinate messages when appropriate. Please explain the full nature of the call to the receptionist and she will leave a message for your provider.

Refill Requests

All medication refill requests require a 24-48 hour time frame to process. Please plan ahead as waiting until your are out of your medication may hinder your ability to get your refill in a timely manner.  Have your name, DOB and strength of medication available as well as your pharmacy ready when you call.
