COVID-19 Jan 2021

COVID-19 Vaccine InformatioN:

We are aware many of our patients have questions regarding the Covid-19 Vaccines. We are hoping the following information will help clarify for yourself, your friends, and your families, please share with them.

As of right now the Vaccine is not available to the general public and is being rolled out in phases. The first phase is primarily Healthcare and Frontline workers, once that is completed they will move on to the other phases. You can find those phases on the websites linked below.

At this time, we will not be receiving the vaccine in our office. We are including the links to both NH and VT Vaccine info websites so you can stay up to date with either state, their guidelines, and what you will need to do once the vaccine is available you.

August 2020 COVID Update:

We are requesting that patients call to make an appointment for either in office or Tele-health appointments. We are still not seeing patients during our usual ‘walk-in” time of 8:00-830 am for now.

Upon arrival for your appointment you will be asked to call from your vehicle to let us know you are in the parking lot, you will be screened for Covid-19 and will be asked to have a mask on during your appointment, if you do not have one we will supply you with one. Once we are ready for you someone will come out to bring you into the building. Please be sure to allow for extra time when checking in for your appointments as our new process is slower and we want to ensure you are on time for your provider.

We are here during regular business hours to answer your questions and please do not hesitate to call if you need to be seen!

As always we appreciate your support and patience
during this tough time…we can get through this together!
