If you are visiting our office and have any sick/cold symptoms (including but not limited to: cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, chills, body aches) and/or any known exposure to Covid, we ask that you please wear a mask while in the building.

Please also call the office prior to your scheduled appointment if you have developed any of the above symptoms since scheduling your appointment with us.

2023 Flu Shots

2023 ADULT FLU SHOTS:

Beginning September 18, 2023 the Family Health Center will be offering walk-in times for Flu Shots for our Adult (19 and up) ESTABLISHED patients.

The times below DO NOT require an appointment and will be on a first come first serve basis:

Monday-Friday from 10am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm

2022 Flu Shots

FLU SHOT WALK-INS :

Beginning September 6, 2022 the Family Health Center will be having Flu Shot Walk-ins Monday-Friday from 9am to 10am and from 3pm to 4pm for our Adult (19 and up) ESTABLISHED patients.

Appointments will not be scheduled with a specific time, you will be seen on a first come first served basis during the above designated times.

Please call upon arrival to get checked in.

ALL PATIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK FOR YOUR SAFETY AS WELL AS OURS

Flu Shot Clinics 2021

Beginning September 1, 2021 the Family Health Center will be holding Flu Shot Clinics Monday-Friday from 9am to 10am and from 3pm to 4pm for our Adult( 19 and up) established patients.

Appointments will not be scheduled with a specific time, you will be seen on a first come first served basis during the above designated times.

We will have a Pop-up tent set up behind the FHC building which will allow for “drive thru” service. Patients will not be required to get out of their car.

A temperature check will be done before administering the vaccine.

We will do our best to keep the line moving but we ask for your patience while we work our way thru this.

COVID-19 Vaccine InformatioN:

We are aware many of our patients have questions regarding the Covid-19 Vaccines. We are hoping the following information will help clarify for yourself, your friends, and your families, please share with them.

As of right now the Vaccine is not available to the general public and is being rolled out in phases. The first phase is primarily Healthcare and Frontline workers, once that is completed they will move on to the other phases. You can find those phases on the websites linked below.

At this time, we will not be receiving the vaccine in our office. We are including the links to both NH and VT Vaccine info websites so you can stay up to date with either state, their guidelines, and what you will need to do once the vaccine is available you.
