CALLS

We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes. We ask that you please be patient as we try to attend to your call as quickly as possible, but understand that there may be times when you may be placed on a temporary hold.

MESSAGES

Please know your provider is seeing patients throughout the day and will return your call as soon as possible. The provider may ask a Medical Assistant to help coordinate messages when appropriate.

Please explain the full nature of the call to the receptionist and she will leave a message for your provider.

REFILL REQUESTS

-We have a prescription refill line available, please be prepared to leave the following information when you call: Your name and date of birth, the name, strength, dose, and quantity of your medication, your pharmacy, and a good call back number. We ask that you please follow up with your pharmacy in a few days to ensure that they have received your prescription.

-All medication refill requests require a 48-72 hour time frame to process.

-Please plan ahead as waiting until your are out of your medication may hinder your ability to get your refill in a timely manner.
